Ajwan Trading and Hospitality Group is a growing hospitality and lifestyle company managing restaurants, cafés, and tourism-related businesses across Qatar.

We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Recruiter to support hiring for restaurant, hospitality, and office operations.

What You’ll Do?

• Post job vacancies on recruitment platforms and social media
• Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Recruit restaurant staff, kitchen teams, supervisors, and office employees
• Support onboarding, visa processing, and employment documentation
• Maintain recruitment records and employee databases
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers
• Assist with general HR and employee support tasks

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in hospitality or restaurant recruitment preferred
• Good communication and interviewing skills
• Knowledge of Qatar labor and visa procedures is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment

Pay: From QAR4,500.00 per month
