Are you passionate about people, employee engagement, and supporting national talent development? We’re looking for a motivated Officer – Talent Relations (Qatarization) to join our HR team and play a key role in enhancing employee experience and supporting Qatarization initiatives.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Process employee requests and support employee programs
• Maintain accurate employee records across systems and shared folders
• Assist in preparing timely and accurate HR reports
• Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
• Act as a mediator in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and investigations
• Support internal communication strategies and company-wide announcements
• Assist in payroll processes and coordinate with the payroll team on employee inquiries
• Collaborate with HR on talent retention strategies
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement
• Maintain records of employee relations cases and generate management reports
• Analyze trends and provide insights to strengthen talent relations practices
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws
• Support special HR projects and organizational initiatives as required

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–3 years of experience are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and confidentiality
• Passion for employee engagement and national workforce development
