Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Understand job requirements and create effective job postings.
  • Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
  • Conduct initial screening, scheduling interviews, and follow up with candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand position requirements.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and hiring trackers.
  • Support HR operations including offer letters, documentation, and induction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment (IT or Non-IT).
  • Strong understanding of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver on time.
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
