• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Understand client hiring needs, job descriptions, and timelines.
• Share suitable profiles with clients and maintain timely updates.
• Build long-term relationships with client HR and hiring managers.
• Screen resumes, shortlist profiles, and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on interviews with candidates and clients.
