Job Title: HR Recruiter (Work From Home)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven HR Recruiter with at least 6 months of hands-on recruitment experience. The role involves end-to-end hiring, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and ensuring smooth onboarding for selected candidates. This is a work-from-home opportunity requiring strong communication skills and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
  • Follow up with candidates from interview stage till joining.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple open positions.
  • Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Meet daily/weekly targets for sourcing, screening, and closures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in end-to-end recruitment (consultancy or corporate).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Good understanding of various job roles and industry hiring trends.
  • Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets for tracking.

Work Setup & Timings:

  • Work From Home
  • Timings: Day shift (Flexible, as per requirement)
  • Must have a laptop and stable internet connection.

Salary:

  • Based on experience & performance in interview.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
