HR Recruiter Executive

We are into Rental, Sales & Service of;

Aerial Work Platforms - Boom Lifts, Scissor Lifts, Vertical Mast, Cranes - Crawler & Mobile Cranes, Telehandlers - Conventional.

Job Summary

• To Recruit Blue Collar & White Collar candidates best for multiple vacancies in the company.
• Creating Job Description, Job Posting & Short listing of the most suitable Candidate for Final Interview with the Management.
• Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed.
• Handle Joining / Induction & Exit Formalities for all Employees.
• Track daily Attendance of the Entire Team & Update to Management.
• Prepare Monthly Payroll Register.
• Required Complete Knowledge of Bio Metric Machine & HR Software’s.
• Register the candidate of PF & ESIC Portal.
• Maintain & Update Company Data bases for all Employees Current,& New Recruits.
• Handling Phone Calls for Operators and Clients, then Note Down the Complaints in Register Book and Resolve.
• Updating client compliances for monthly basis.
• Knowledge of Tally, Advanced Excel, Google Sheets is Mandatory.
• All Labour Law Rules & Compliances knowledge.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience.

• Good Communication Skills (Verbal + Written) (Hindi & English).
• Must be able to work in team.
• Complete Knowledge of Labour Laws.
• Required experience of 3 – 5 years.
• Good Knowledge of Computers + MS Office + Emails + Printers & Scanners.

Salaries & Benefits.

• Salary Range will be From Rs. 30,000/- to Rs. 40,000/- CTC per month.
• Final Salary will be subjected to Candidates Interview.
• Salaried on Company Payroll with Labour Law Benefits as applicable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
