Job Role: Freelancers are individuals who make money on a per-selection basis. In this, you can earn on a pre-selection basis, generally work for a short time, and Earn well. You will be responsible for implementing recruiting strategies, interviewing and screening the candidates, and acting as a source of employees for the company.

HR Recruiters with 1-10 years of Experience with relevant expertise in IT Recruitments or Non-IT Recruitments in the above-mentioned industries (BPO, KPO, US Healthcare, US Logistics, Consulting or Staffing) can apply for this role.

Job details:

  • Position: HR Recruiter (Freelancer)
  • Education: +2, Bachelors or Masters
  • Location: Remote (Permanent WFH)
  • Work Time: You can choose the working hours at your convenience.
  • No Timing Issues, Work Independently, No Targets, No Pressure
  • Package: You will get a fixed amount. on per selection basis of candidates + Amazing Incentives after 6 months of continuous working with our organization
  • Payment will be given to the freelancer as per the terms mentioned in the Agreement.
  • Payment and Incentives of Freelancer will be given at the exact time with full transparency which will be clearly mentioned in the Agreement.
  • Agreement Tenure- 11 months with Genuine Payment Terms.

Skills required:

  • Must be open-minded, curious, and a strong problem solver.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Good or Excellent Communication Skills preferred
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks at a time.
  • Ability to analyze data and work efficiently

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing candidates online
  • Screen the candidate's CVs
  • Updating job ads through various methods
  • Identifying future hiring needs
  • Designing job descriptions
  • Confer with management to assess and identify staffing needs
  • Execute recruitment plans
  • Source the most suitable candidates to fill positions
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle for assigned searches
  • Sourcing, screening, scheduling, and processing candidates
  • Developing and implementing strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent
  • Sourcing candidates using job portals
  • Assessing candidates' skills and professional details over the phone
  • Scheduling interviews and checking references
  • Attracting qualified candidates through a variety of channels, including online job boards, social media, networking, etc.
