Urgent hiring For Sales Trainer (Preferred from BPO Industry )

TYA is seeking an experienced Sales Trainer (3–6 years) with strong BPO industry expertise to design and deliver impactful training programs that boost sales skills, communication, and performance. If you have a proven track record in sales training, coaching, and creating engaging learning modules, this is your chance to grow with us.

Keyskills : Experience: 3-6 years in the BPO industry, with at least 2 years in a sales training role. Strong knowledge of BPO sales cycles (domestic/international), customer handling, and objection management. Hands-on experience in classroom training, floor coaching, and on-the-job support. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Ability to design engaging training modules, assessments, and continuous learning interventions. Strong analytical ability to measure training effectiveness and link it to performance metrics. Positive attitude, approachable personality, and passion for developing people. Graduate in any discipline (mandatory) MBA/PGDM preferred (not mandatory) Certification in Sales Training / L&D will be an added advantage

Job Description : Conduct new hire sales training (voice & non-voice) including product knowledge, soft skills, and sales techniques. Deliver refresher training sessions to improve sales conversions and customer experience. Coach employees on the sales floor, providing feedback and support for performance improvement. Work closely with sales managers and team leaders to identify skill gaps and create targeted training plans. Develop training content, role plays, simulations, and e-learning modules tailored to the BPO environment. Track training effectiveness by monitoring KPIs such as conversion rate, average revenue per sale, and quality scores. Act as a mentor and motivator for new and existing sales executives to achieve targets.
