HR Recruiter Intern

QHire Human Resources is looking for an energetic and detail-driven HR Recruiter Intern to support our growing team in Doha.

Your Role Will Include:

• Writing and refreshing clear, attractive job postings.
• Actively searching for strong candidates across LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
• Crafting personalized outreach messages to engage passive talent.
• Screening CVs, coordinating interviews (phone, video, or in-person), and reviewing candidate assessments.
• Publishing job ads across multiple job boards and boosting application flow.
• Preparing candidate shortlists and collaborating with hiring managers to achieve recruitment goals.
• Issuing offer letters, clarifying employment details, and assisting with candidate questions.
• Monitoring recruitment data such as time-to-hire and sourcing effectiveness.
• Representing QHire at job fairs and internal hiring events.
• Supporting new employees during onboarding to ensure a smooth start.
