HR Recruiter Intern

Key Responsibilities Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Post job openings on relevant platforms. Support recruiters in end-to-end hiring for different roles. Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates.
