key Responsibility-

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen and shortlist resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate database and update recruitment tracking systems.

Requirements-

• Female candidates only
• Masters degree (MBA) in HR or equivalent
• Good communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and eagerness to learn.
