Softmate Systems is looking for a Business Executive to manage and coordinate a team of 30–40 on-site tech executives. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and daily team supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Take daily updates and performance reviews from field tech executives and ensure task completion.

• Maintain smooth coordination between internal office team and on-site field team.

• Monitor discipline, resolve operational issues, and ensure proper workflow across locations.

• Experience not mandatory — leadership/coordination ability preferred
