Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to support our talent acquisition team. The intern will assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, gain hands-on experience in hiring processes, and develop practical knowledge of HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus hiring.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate data in ATS/HRMS and Excel trackers.
- Support onboarding documentation and employee verification processes.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and offer status.
- Assist in preparing recruitment reports and MIS as required.
- Support HR team in employer branding and job posting activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Management, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of HRMS/ATS tools.
- Internship or academic exposure to recruitment is an added advantage.
