HR Recruiter Intern – Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Recruiter Intern to support our hiring and talent acquisition activities. This internship is ideal for students or freshers who want hands-on experience in recruitment processes, candidate screening, and HR operations in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate databases.
• Support onboarding and documentation processes.
• Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
• Prepare basic recruitment reports and trackers.

Skills & Requirements

• Basic understanding of HR & recruitment processes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and email communication.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to learn recruitment tools and techniques.
