Role Summary

We are looking for an HR Recruiter who can handle recruitment, onboarding, training support, and employee records. You will help hire the right candidates and support HR activities in the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Post job openings and search for suitable candidates.
  • Call, screen, and shortlist candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews.
  • Handle onboarding for new employees (documents, joining formalities, ID creation, etc.).
  • Assist in planning and arranging training programmes.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR files.
  • Prepare daily/weekly recruitment and HR reports.
  • Follow up with candidates till joining and support them during induction.
  • Help in general HR tasks when required.

Required Skills

  • Good communication and people-handling skills.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment and HR operations.
  • Ability to manage training and onboarding tasks.
  • Strong follow-up and coordination ability.
  • Computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, job portals).
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Qualification

  • Masters degree (HR background preferred but not mandatory).

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in HR/Recruitment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
