Position: Recruiter Intern
Duration: 3 Months
Location: Remote (Work from Home)

What You’ll Do:
As a Recruiter Intern at Talzin, you’ll play a key role in supporting our recruitment efforts. This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience in talent acquisition and HR processes.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Assisting in sourcing and screening potential candidates
  • Posting job openings on various platforms
  • Coordinating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintaining and updating candidate databases
  • Supporting employer branding and outreach initiatives
  • Learning and using tools related to recruitment and applicant tracking

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in recruitment, HR, or talent management
  • Self-motivated, organized, and proactive
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
