Experience: 10+ years (exclusive in Recruitment)

Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced HR professional with strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment. Responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, maintaining MIS, and ensuring timely closures across functions. Should have hands-on experience in bulk, lateral, and leadership hiring.

Key Skills:

Excellent communication (English ,Hindi)& stakeholder management

Strong sourcing, negotiation & closing skills

Proficient in Naukri, LinkedIn & other job portals

Qualification:

MBA / PGDM in HR
