Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with a strong background in logistics hiring. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes while also supporting day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for logistics roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through job portals, networking, and referrals.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Manage employee documentation, joining formalities, and HR records.
• Support in basic HR operations such as attendance, leave management, and employee engagement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR practices.

Requirements:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in recruitment within the logistics industry.
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR operations and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
