Job Overview:

KSM Marine Logistics is seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter with a strong background in logistics and executive-level work. The ideal candidate should be able to manage end-to-end recruitment, handle employee relations, and assist with operational and executive tasks to ensure smooth business functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for logistics, operations, and support roles.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate final rounds with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment dashboards.
• HR Operations & Compliance
• Manage onboarding and induction for new hires.
• Handle employee documentation and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Maintain attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
• Support performance management and appraisal processes.
• Executive Assistance & Coordination
• Assist senior management with scheduling, reporting, and coordination.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes as required.
• Act as a point of contact between management and staff.
• Logistics Coordination
• Understand logistics processes to hire the right talent.
• Work closely with the operations team to align manpower planning with business needs.
• Support in tracking manpower for shipping, transport, and marine logistics activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of HR recruitment experience, preferably in the logistics or shipping industry.
• Knowledge of marine logistics operations will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of compliance and HR processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Background:

• Previous experience recruiting for logistics, shipping, or transportation roles.
• Hands-on experience with executive tasks, reporting, and coordination.
• Comfortable working closely with senior leadership.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
