HR Recruiter (Male candidate- blue collar hiring)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar positions (riders.).
• Manage onboarding, documentation, and induction of new hires.
• Maintain and monitor attendance and daily reporting of field employees.
• Address and resolve employee grievances and ensure smooth communication.
• Conduct regular field visits to ensure workforce engagement and compliance.
• Support in retention initiatives and employee engagement activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 1 year of experience in blue-collar hiring.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience in field recruitment and employee handling.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
• Must be comfortable with fieldwork and travel.
