HR Recruiter (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and post job descriptions on portals like Rozee.pk, LinkedIn, Indeed, Mustakbil, etc.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from vacancy identification to offer and onboarding.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and non-discriminatory hiring practices.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (mandatory).
• 1–3 years of proven experience in recruitment or HR.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
