Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and post job descriptions on portals like Rozee.pk, LinkedIn, Indeed, Mustakbil, etc.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from vacancy identification to offer and onboarding.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and non-discriminatory hiring practices.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (mandatory).
- 1–3 years of proven experience in recruitment or HR.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
