We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience to support end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have exposure to pharma hiring or pharma background, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple positions effectively. This role will closely collaborate with managers to ensure timely, quality talent acquisition while maintaining high standards of process compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for entry to high- level positions across various departments.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, databases, and other effective channels.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate technical/functional evaluations.
  • Maintain a healthy talent pipeline for critical and frequently hired roles.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with stakeholders and ensure smooth communication with candidates.
  • Support offer negotiation, documentation, and pre-onboarding formalities in coordination with HR Operations.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, ensuring accuracy in metrics like time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and interview status.
  • Collaborate with external hiring partners when required and ensure service delivery as per expectations.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, hiring guidelines, and confidentiality standards at all times.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in recruitment processes and employer branding activities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of recruitment experience (in-house or consultancy); pharma/manufacturing industry experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and basic HRMS platforms.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple mandates simultaneously.
  • Strong follow-up, screening, and candidate assessment skills.
  • Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset and familiarity with recruitment reporting.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience in recruiting for pharma roles.
  • Proactive, organized, and capable of managing responsibilities independently.
  • Ability to engage candidates effectively and represent the company professionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
