Masterpiece Property LLC is expanding, and we’re looking for a talented Recruiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and onboarding top real estate professionals to strengthen our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong people skills, attention to detail, and a passion for building winning teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Source and screen candidates for sales, marketing, and operations roles
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
• Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in recruitment (real estate industry experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools
