We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time HR Recruiter with at least 1-2 years of UAE experience in the Real Estate sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of UAE Labour Laws, RERA, and MOHRE regulations, and strong experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various real estate roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Hire skilled and experienced real estate agents for property management, sales, and leasing.
  • Ensure adherence to RERA, MOHRE, and UAE Labour Law standards and company policies.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and coordinate visa processing.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Maintain HR records, attendance, and payroll data accurately.
  • Manage employee benefits such as insurance, leave balances, and end-of-service settlements.
  • Support performance management, training, and employee development programs.
  • Liaise with government authorities for visa, labour, and other HR-related processes.
  • Stay updated with changes in labour regulations and advise management accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of proven HR experience in the Real Estate industry within the UAE.
  • Strong and up-to-date knowledge of UAE Labour Laws, RERA, and MOHRE regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; able to manage confidential information with integrity.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
