Key Responsibilities:
- Understand job requirements and coordinate with department heads to define hiring needs.
- Source potential candidates through various channels — job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.
- Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate technical and HR rounds with concerned departments.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Prepare and send offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Participate in employer branding and campus recruitment activities.
- Maintain recruitment reports, analytics, and hiring metrics for management review.
- Ensure all hiring activities comply with company policies and employment laws.
