Job Description – HR Executive
- Position: HR Recruiter
- Salary Package: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month
Role Summary
An experienced HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding. The role ensures the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent while maintaining a positive candidate experience and supporting organizational workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct HR interviews and assess candidate fit based on skills, experience, and culture.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.
- Prepare job descriptions and post job openings on relevant platforms.
- Manage offer letters, salary negotiations, and onboarding processes.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives, job fairs, and recruitment campaigns.
- Provide recruitment reports and analytics to management.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and full-cycle hiring.
- Proficiency with ATS, HRIS systems, and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, etc.).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume hiring and multiple open positions.
- Strong decision-making and candidate evaluation skills.
- Good understanding of labor laws and HR practices.
- Organizational and time-management abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5+ years of recruitment experience (or more depending on seniority).
- Experience hiring in specific industries (IT, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, etc.) is an advantage.
