Shift: Night (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT)

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated HR Recruitment Associate to join our HR department at WADIC. This position is ideal for individuals interested in starting a career in recruitment and talent acquisition. The selected candidate will assist in the entire hiring cycle—from searching for candidates to helping with onboarding.

Applicants with prior recruitment experience, especially in technical hiring, will be given preference. However, fresh graduates who are eager to learn, can adapt quickly, and wish to grow professionally are strongly encouraged to apply.

Main Responsibilities

• Source candidates for technical and non-technical vacancies using LinkedIn, job portals, and other online platforms.
• Review resumes and shortlist applicants based on role criteria, experience, and skills.
• Conduct basic phone screenings to evaluate communication skills and overall fit.
• Work closely with hiring leads to understand job expectations and team requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring smooth communication with both candidates and interviewers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups to create a positive recruitment experience.
• Keep candidate information updated in HR systems or ATS software.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6–12 months of recruitment experience preferred, but not essential.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and confidence are welcome to apply.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport professionally.
• Understanding of modern hiring tools, sourcing strategies, and job platforms.
• Ability to analyze job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
