HR Recruitment Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have 1–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, talent sourcing, and coordination. You will be responsible for attracting, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates to meet the organization's hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding).
• Understand job requirements and prepare effective job postings.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
• Conduct screening calls and initial interviews to assess candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers for interviews and feedback.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment reports.
• Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
• Support employee engagement and HR documentation as required.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold company hiring standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–4 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
• Good understanding of recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is an added advantage.
