We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and supporting the organization’s talent acquisition goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment life cycle — from understanding job requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and develop effective job descriptions and specifications.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job portals, professional networks, referrals and social media.
  • Conduct initial telephonic and face-to-face interviews to assess candidates’ fitment for the role.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with respective departments and ensure timely feedback.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Support the HR team in employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment drives.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant employment laws.
  • Maintain documentation and assist in pre-joining formalities.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software/ATS systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferably in a corporate setup or consultancy).
