1. Maintaining separate recruitment tracker of each candidate being interviewed sourced through job portals, internal reference & consultancy.
2. Maintaining separate interview checklist of all candidates for the profiles sourced through job portals, internal reference & consultancy.
3. Prepare monthly dashboards for the resumes sourced through job portal, internal reference & consultancy. Which depicts the total number of profiles sourced, profiles rejected in the 1st round & 2nd round, number of profiles selected & number of profiles whose feedback are pending.
4. Conducting initial round of interviews for various open positions and scheduling further round of interviews with Managers.
5. Sending out feedback forms of shortlisted candidates to HR through mail & also the hardcopy.
6. Maintain the tracker of positions filled & complete details of the employee with their approved CTC.
7. Updating the tracker for employee referral bonus.
8. Updating the tracker for resigned & absconding employee details.
9. Maintaining a tracker for monthly recruitment details of south region in the monthly wise report tracker & sending it to Project Coordinator.
10. Maintaining the tracker for Lantro ID Card & SIM card issued to employees.
11. Managing the induction tracker for newly joined employees.
12. Maintaining the housekeeping checklist for every month.
13. Update tracker of engineer's personal details which includes photos, Present & Permanent Address and contact numbers of close relative.
14. Manage the Exit formalities for the ops team.
15. Responsibility of sending mails and following up for any issues relating to PC, Laptop, SIM not working, lost ID card, printer & scanner issue related to ops team.
16. Maintaining IT asset tracker for ops team.
17. Send mail for new SIM card, mail ID, E-code & adding employee in Ebiz scheduling.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
