Candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. Key responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, creating and posting job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers. The role also involves using various channels to find and attract talent, maintaining recruitment records, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Core responsibilities

  • Talent acquisition: Identifying, attracting, and sourcing qualified candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Candidate screening: Reviewing resumes and conducting initial interviews (phone, video, or in-person) to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Hiring process management: Coordinating with hiring managers to schedule subsequent interviews, gather feedback, and manage the overall flow of applicants.
  • Candidate management: Serving as the main point of contact for candidates, answering their questions, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Offer and onboarding: Extending job offers, negotiating compensation and benefits, and coordinating pre-employment checks and new hire paperwork.
  • Record-keeping: Maintaining accurate records of all recruitment activities in the company's HR system and tracking key metrics.

Candidate should have experience in Hotel / Restaurant Industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
