About the Role

NetSet Software is seeking a proactive and energetic HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for various technical and non-technical roles within the organization. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple hiring needs simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities - Talent Acquisition

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate technical interviews and follow-up rounds
• Maintain a strong pipeline for ongoing and future requirements

Recruitment Operations

• Understand job requirements from hiring managers
• Create and post job descriptions on various platforms
• Schedule interviews and ensure smooth communication with candidates
• Conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters

HR Coordination

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees
• Support HR initiatives and employee engagement activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment (preferred)
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage high-volume hiring
• Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment platforms
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethics

Pay: ₹9,454.53 - ₹30,000.00 per month
