Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
Required education qualification: MBA HR / relevant qualification
Stipend: 10K - 15K (Based on the performance)

Description:

• Supporting Recruitment process
• Requirement gathering for all new /existing skills
• Resource Hunting
• Sourcing profiles through different channels.
• Conduction preliminary screening round of potential resources
• Driving the Vendors for profiles
• Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates
• Resourcing and Interview co-ordination
• Validation of profiles.
• Maintenance of data
