JOB BRIEF

HR Recruiter/Manager – Real Estate (Immediate Joiner Preferred)

Location: Oshiwara, Mumbai

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6-day work week)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Handle the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, scheduling

interviews, conducting initial HR rounds, and closing offers – without the involvement of external

recruitment agencies.

  • Industry-Specific Hiring: Focus on recruiting candidates specifically for the Real Estate sector –

including roles in sales, business development, operations, legal, project coordination, and site-based

positions.

  • Target-Driven Hiring: Work in a target-specific environment with a focus on timely closures of key

positions as per business needs.

  • Sourcing Strategies: Utilize various sourcing channels effectively such as Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals,

internal databases, and social media to attract relevant talent.

  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate closely with department heads and hiring managers to

understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and candidate profiles.

  • Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure smooth

onboarding and to provide a positive candidate experience.

  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and generate

regular reports for management review.

  • Market Understanding: Stay updated on market trends in real estate hiring and compensation

benchmarks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment within the Real Estate sector.
  • Strong sourcing skills and ability to work without relying on recruitment agencies.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office, recruitment tools, and HR databases.

Other Requirements:

  • Must be comfortable with the Oshiwara office location.
  • Willingness to work in an 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM shift and 6-day work week.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
