Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
  • Identify hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring with department managers.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment reports.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through job portals, career fairs, and internal referrals.
  • Prepare job offers, negotiate compensation within company policy, and ensure smooth candidate onboarding.

HR Operations

  • Support HR functions including employee relations, performance management, and HR documentation.
  • Prepare employment contracts, onboarding documents, and personnel files in compliance with UAE labour regulations.
  • Maintain HR records, leave management, and employee data accuracy.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate employee training, development programs, and performance review schedules.
  • Support payroll preparation by ensuring accuracy of attendance and HR inputs (if required).

Compliance & Administration

  • Ensure all HR activities comply with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
  • Coordinate with PRO for visa processing, renewals, and other government transactions.
  • Prepare HR reports, recruitment analytics, and turnover analysis for management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in HR with proven specialization in recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
  • Experience in high-volume hiring and white-collar recruitment (customizable).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems (ATS/HRMS).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Additional Skills

  • Certification in HR (CIPD, SHRM, CHRP) is an advantage.
  • Experience in Gulf/UAE recruitment market.
  • Familiarity with competency-based interviews and talent assessment tools.
