Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Officer to manage the end-to-end full-cycle recruitment process for Dawat-e-Islami Trust in Karachi. This pivotal role ensures the efficient sourcing, screening, testing, interviewing, selection, and initial orientation of all new employees, maintaining strict alignment with organizational requirements and values.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the execution of three main areas of recruitment:

1. Sourcing & Database Management

  • Source Candidates by collecting CVs (hard and soft copies) from various resources and documenting ideal candidate sources.
  • Manage ATS by performing data entry of all CVs into the Application Tracking Software and keeping candidate details up-to-date.
  • Build Talent Pool to proactively develop a pool of qualified candidates and extract suitable CVs as required.

2. Pre-Hiring & Planning

  • Manpower Request Review: Collect and verify Manpower Acquisition Forms, review Manpower Budgeting, and check provided Job Descriptions.
  • Job Advertisement: Prepare and arrange the placement of job advertisements on different recruitment platforms when the CV Bank does not yield suitable candidates.

3. Selection & Hiring Execution

  • Candidate Screening: Arrange shortlisting based on required education and experience.
  • Interview Arrangement: Finalize Interview Panel members and coordinate screening and Final Panel interviews.
  • Panel Coordination: Send Interview Plans to all Panel Members and coordinate logistics during the interview process.
  • Technical Testing: Coordinate and conduct technical tests with the related Technical Person, where necessary.
  • Finalization & Placement: Prepare the list of finalized candidates, oversee the completion of the hiring process with all required approvals, and arrange the new employee's placement.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR or Business Administration).
  • Experience: Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, demonstrating the ability to manage sourcing, screening, and selection processes.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in data entry and managing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Competency in preparing documentation and reports.
  • Core Competencies: Strong coordination, communication, and organizational abilities for liaising effectively with candidates, managers, and panel members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
