About the Role:
The HR Recruitment Officer will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring the right talent for Scents n Stories. You will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, maintain recruitment data, and ensure an organized CV pool. This role requires someone proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in using recruitment software to streamline hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and job requirements.
- Prepare job descriptions and post vacancies across job portals LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Rozee, Mustakbil, etc..
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews.
- Maintain recruitment data, trackers, hiring dashboards, and monthly reports.
- Manage and maintain a structured CV pool/database for future hiring needs.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry in the recruitment tracking sheet.
- Use and manage recruitment activities through FlowHCM or similar recruitment software.
- Prepare hiring KPIs and analytics for management review.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and internship programs.
Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment preferably in retail, FMCG, or corporate setups.
- Hands-on experience with FlowHCM preferred.
- Strong data management and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions at once and meet hiring deadlines
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field.
