Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Talent Acquisition Officer at Property Shop Investment located in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The Specialist will be responsible for tasks such as contract negotiation, recruiting, and procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and UAE labor laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with employer branding and social media recruiting.
• Knowledge of industry-specific hiring trends and talent pools.
• Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, AIRS) is a plus.
