Z1 Labs is on the lookout for a talented HR & Recruitment Specialist with proven experience in IT recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT, marketing, and digital roles
• Source, screen, and hire top technical talent
• Oversee onboarding and employee engagement
• Support leadership in team-building strategies

Requirements:

• Strong experience in IT/Tech industry recruitment
• Familiarity with technical job roles & hiring platforms
• Excellent communication & organizational skills
