Job Summary:
The Recruitment Executive will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting talent to ensuring smooth onboarding. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to understand job requirements, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Recruitment Executive will collaborate with department heads to ensure that staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing & Attraction:
- Utilize various platforms (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to source qualified candidates.
- Develop and post job descriptions based on staffing needs.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Screening & Selection:
- Conduct initial screening interviews (phone or in-person) to evaluate candidate fit.
- Shortlist qualified candidates for further interviews with hiring managers.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Collaboration with Department Heads:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand specific job roles and competencies required.
- Provide regular recruitment updates and market insights to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
- Onboarding & Administration:
- Ensure all pre-employment checks are completed (reference checks, background checks, etc.).
- Assist in the preparation of offer letters, contracts, and other necessary documentation.
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive the necessary training and orientation.
- Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:
- Promote the company’s employer brand through networking and marketing initiatives.
- Provide a seamless candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Recruitment Reporting:
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare recruitment metrics reports (time-to-hire, quality of hire, etc.).
- Use data and analytics to improve the recruitment process and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS systems, and job boards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience recruiting in specific industries (e.g., tech, healthcare, etc.).
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
