Sales Coordinator

Sales Support & Coordination

  • Assist the sales team in processing orders from inquiry to delivery.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Follow up with clients on quotations, order confirmations, and payments.
  • Prepare and send sales invoices, proforma invoices, and related documents.

Customer Interaction

  • Maintain regular communication with customers to address queries and provide updates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Track customer feedback and relay it to the sales and production teams.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain records of sales orders, client databases, and transaction reports.
  • Support in generating MIS reports, sales performance reports, and forecasting data.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and industry standards.

Team Coordination

  • Act as a link between sales, production, logistics, and finance teams.
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Help streamline processes for better efficiency in order management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and products.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with ERP or CRM software (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
