Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-driven Telecalling Executive to join our construction and real estate team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, promoting our residential/commercial projects, generating site visits, and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
  • Explain company projects, property details, pricing, and offers clearly to clients.
  • Schedule and confirm site visits with interested customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM.
  • Handle inbound inquiries, answer questions about ongoing or upcoming projects.
  • Coordinate with the sales/marketing team to convert leads into bookings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Pleasant telephone etiquette and confident voice.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools).
  • Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or real estate is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate (Any stream)
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets.
