About the Role

LyfLeap Talent Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruitment Specialist with strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering quality talent to clients across mid to senior-level positions, including leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer closure.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other innovative channels.
• Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and client expectations.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring stakeholders.
• Handle mid to senior-level hiring across multiple domains.
• Support and assist in CXO and leadership hiring assignments (preferred).
• Maintain strong communication with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
• Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality and compliance with recruitment standards.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (agency or corporate).
• Strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Experience handling mid to senior-level roles is mandatory.
• Exposure to CXO / leadership hiring is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Proficient in using job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS tools.
