  • Ensures close working relationship with all Business Units to fully understand their needs from an operations’ viewpoint.
  • Writing and developing advertisements as needed for general publications and websites.
  • Coordinates the posting and publication of advertisements for vacancies.
  • Weekly posts on social media eg LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Indeed, Expatriates.com and any group related to the Company’s vacancies, in order to widen the recruitment search.
  • Sources and meets, when possible, with new agencies regarding our recruitment needs.
  • Advises the Company’s current agencies of all current vacancies by sending full details of the role, Job Description and Job Profile together, with any other pertinent information.
  • Maintains close relationship with all agencies to ensure the best applicants are sourced for the Company’s vacancies.
  • Headhunting through Social Media and other resources.
  • Reviews and manages CVs received through the Company’s email and Social Media websites.
  • Using the Company’s Template Interview Questionnaire, screens candidates for current vacancies to ensure they meet the Company’s Recruitment SOPs e.g. correct weight/height.
  • Compiles shortlist and sends CVs/interview comments through to the Business Manager/Division Director concerned. Ensures that the applicant’s full details are given to the Business Manager e.g. telephone number, email address and/or Skype ID.
  • Arranges interviews: personal/telephone as required by the Business Manager/Division Director.
  • Conducts a minimum of 15 interviews per day..
  • Ensures applicants are informed as to whether or not they have been successful.
  • Once offer letters are sent to selected candidates, the incumbent directly contacts them to up-date them on the status of their on-boarding e.g., Visa updates.
  • Prepares weekly Recruitment Tracking Report regarding the number of CVs received for each position, whether successful/unsuccessful and offer letters out/accepted/rejected.
  • Helps arrange and attend Recruitment career fairs in Bahrain as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD500.000 - BD550.000 per month
