Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various job categories
• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
• Prepare and post job ads on multiple platforms
• Maintain and update the candidate database
• Support onboarding activities and ensure smooth joining processes
• Build strong relationships with recruitment agencies and talent networks

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or HR Recruiter
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment channels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies at the same time
• Proficiency MS Office and HR systems (ATS is a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: BD550.000 - BD650.000 per month
