Job Overview:

We are hiring a motivated and target-driven HR Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment remotely. The role requires closing 3–4 successful hires per month while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full recruitment cycle (sourcing to final placement)
• Post and manage job listings on LinkedIn and job portals
• Screen and shortlist qualified candidates
• Conduct virtual interviews and assessments
• Coordinate with hiring managers for final selection
• Ensure smooth candidate communication and follow-ups
• Maintain hiring reports and performance tracking
• Achieve monthly hiring targets (3–4 placements)

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
