HR ( Recruitment) - Success Team

* Looking for an HR Recruitment Success Team member to support end-to-end hiring operations.

* Must be proficient in HR tools like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, ATS, and sourcing extensions.

* Should know how to identify market job openings through boards, trends, networks, and hiring signals.

* Able to approach consulting firms to secure job openings and build partnerships.

* Skilled in finding accurate POCs using LinkedIn, company websites, and data tools.

* Must have prior agency/consultancy experience in sourcing and client coordination.

* Must have experience sourcing high-paying candidates (senior-level profiles).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
