We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a comprehensive understanding of human capital management practices. You will play a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring that our HR processes align with the organization's strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Administer employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture.
- Oversee employee evaluation processes and performance management systems to enhance workforce productivity.
- Provide guidance on FMLA, workers' compensation, and other employment-related matters to ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Facilitate change management initiatives and support organizational design efforts to optimize workforce efficiency.
- Maintain accurate HRIS data entry and manage HR sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Conduct conflict management sessions and provide support for employee relations issues.
- Collaborate with management on strategic planning initiatives related to human resources functions.
- Utilize various HR tools such as Lever, Workday, Paychex, Dayforce, Oracle HCM, iCIMS, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, UltiPro, Kronos, ATS systems like Taleo and Paylocity for efficient HR operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in human resources roles with a strong understanding of employment & labor law.
- Familiarity with affirmative action planning and succession planning practices is a plus.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal; adept at social media management for recruitment purposes.
- Proficient in data collection and analysis for informed decision-making within HR functions.
- Administrative experience in an HR setting is highly desirable; knowledge of OSHA regulations is beneficial.
