To support our expanding team, we are looking for a motivated HR Job Representative to join our HR department.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle (job postings, shortlisting, interviews, onboarding).
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Assist in creating and implementing HR policies and office procedures.
• Handle attendance, leaves, and disciplinary matters professionally.
• Support employee engagement and performance evaluation processes.
• Act as a bridge between management and staff, ensuring a healthy work culture.
• Stay updated with labor laws and ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
