Human Resources Duties

  • Serve as a main point of contact for employees and management on HR-related matters
  • Lead and participate in employee discussions, disciplinary actions, and performance-related meetings
  • Support HR policy creation, implementation, and continuous improvement
  • Assist management with workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational development
  • Manage recruitment activities including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution professionally
  • Support performance management and employee development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures

Administrative Duties

  • Handle general administrative tasks related to HR and office operations
  • Maintain and organize employee records, contracts, and documentation
  • Coordinate with management, finance, and operations teams on administrative requirements
  • Prepare reports, letters, and official correspondence
  • Support internal audits, inspections, and compliance documentation
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, training sessions, and internal communications
  • Ensure smooth daily administrative operations across multiple companies

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources and/or Administration
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • HR or Administration certifications are a plus
