Human Resources Duties
- Serve as a main point of contact for employees and management on HR-related matters
- Lead and participate in employee discussions, disciplinary actions, and performance-related meetings
- Support HR policy creation, implementation, and continuous improvement
- Assist management with workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational development
- Manage recruitment activities including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution professionally
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures
Administrative Duties
- Handle general administrative tasks related to HR and office operations
- Maintain and organize employee records, contracts, and documentation
- Coordinate with management, finance, and operations teams on administrative requirements
- Prepare reports, letters, and official correspondence
- Support internal audits, inspections, and compliance documentation
- Assist with scheduling meetings, training sessions, and internal communications
- Ensure smooth daily administrative operations across multiple companies
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources and/or Administration
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- HR or Administration certifications are a plus
